Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please register for this virtually hosted meeting occurring Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm.

The purpose of the AGM is to:

  1. Receive the report of the current Board of Directors and its Officers

  2. Receive the report of the Nominations Committee

  3. To elect Directors pursuant to the Bylaws

  4. To conduct such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

All registrations must be received by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

The meeting will be conducted virtually via the Zoom platform.

Note: Access details will be provided only to registered delegates.
